At Private Blends, we want you to be fully satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact; place the item securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
